Jagvir Goyal, Deputy Chief Engineer Civil in Powercom was honoured by Hon'ble Finance Minister, Punjab on August 15, 2010 at Patiala during Independence day celebrations for his contribution in his field and for many books and hundreds of articles written by him in the papers on housing and construction for the benefit of people."
