• Policy Regarding Running of State Sector Generation Plants
• Grant of Full Pay to newly recruited AEs through CRA 284/15
• In-situ re-designation of Dy CE Civil as CE without any Financial Powers and Benefits
• Withdrawal of Special Allowance of SEs in violation of TPA
• Nomination of Representatives of Officers/ Officials in Pension Trust, GP Fund Trust & Gratuity Trust
• Continuation of Cashless Medical Policy
• Constitution of Wage Formulation Committee
• Common Cadre/ Recruitment of Engineers in PSPCL / PSTCL.
• Funding of GPF and Terminal Benefit Trusts.
• Engineers & Employees nominees as Trustees of GPF and Terminal Benefit Trusts.
• Filling of posts of Punjab quota in BBMB and UT Chandigarh.
• Posting policy for engineers within thermal plants.
• Disciplinary proceedings against engineers of border zone
• Excessive Disciplinary cases: Reorganisation of committee appointed for review of disciplinary cases
• Stagnation in civil cadre
• Implementation of recommendations of Cadre Review Committee
• Outsourcing of core business activities
• Change/Modification in Final seniority list-Adherence to service regulations of Engineers
• Reimbursement of Mobile set cost
• Restoration of LTC
• New Pension Scheme: Restoration of benefits
