It is highly deplorable that Financial circular 13 dt 4-1-2011 is silent about LODA to AEE/AE working in P&M organisation and maintaining a car.

Does this imply that an officer who is working in P&M organisation can not maintain a car ?

I wonder whether this matter will ever be looked into as only the P&M officers are involved unless all the officers stand united on this issue.
