Very good Idea. Some thing is better than nothing. No increment on promotion of AEE is being granted by Pay & Account. This has to think by Engineer Association, when they were deliberating pay scales.

Scale of AEE and its Grade

in view of the introduction of grade pay system issue of post fact o sanction of scale of 10700-15350 for AEE should be taken up with the board so that fitment of AEE could be made in the scale of 16650-39100 with grade pay of 6850 can be made and necessary benefit of promotion as AEE is granted to the engineers
